Na album "Jamilat Reprise" składa się 9 remiksów utworów pochodzących z wydanego w 2017 roku drugiego albumu Yasmine Hamdan zatytułowanego "Al Jamilat". Hamdan zaprosiła do współpracy między innymi Acid Arab, Matiasa Aguayo, Brandt Brauer Flick, Sheda czy Olgę Kouklaki. "Al Jamilat" został doceniony przez międzynarodową krytykę, ale warto wspomnieć, że od czasu wydania swojego debiutanckiego solowego albumu "Ya Nass" (2013), osobiste, nowoczesne podejście Yasmine Hamdan do arabskiego popu cieszy się ogromnym zainteresowaniem w Europie i Ameryce, a także w Afryce Północnej i na Bliskim Wschodzie (gdzie od czasów Soapkills, duetu założonego w Bejrucie, który był jednym z pierwszych niezależnych/elektronicznych zespołów na Bliskim Wschodzie, cieszyła się sławą ikony).
