Billie Eilish i jej debiut płytowy „When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?”. Singlem promującym album jest utwór „Bury A Friend”. To ja jestem tym potworem, bo jestem swoim największym wrogiem. Mogę też być potworem pod Twoim łóżkiem”. „When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?” zostało napisane, wyprodukowane i nagrane w całości przez 17-letnią Billie Eilish i jej brata Finneasa w ich rodzinnym domu w Highland Park w Los Angeles. Nagrania odbyły się w sypialni Finneasa, po drugiej stronie korytarza od pokoju Billie. Rodzeństwo spędziło znaczną część 2018 roku, pisząc piosenki pomiędzy licznymi koncertami. Po powrotach z trasy, duet zamykał się w domu i nagrywał. „Bury A Friend” to pierwszy premierowy utwór zapowiadający debiutancką płytę Eilish. Brzmienia tej piosenki nie da porównać się do żadnego innego singla z list przebojów. Billie Eilish jest zawsze o dwa kroki do przodu i nigdy nie idzie na kompromisy jeśli chodzi o brzmienie lub wizję artystyczną.
