Okładkę płyty stworzył Wes Benscoter (Bloodbath, Kreator, Slayer, Hypocrisy etc.). Jako, że gitarzysta Broken Hope Jeremy Wagner został właścicielem kolekcji gitar Jeffa Hannemana (Slayer), część z nich wykorzystana została w nagraniu materiału.
