Documentary from Dutch director Bram Van Splunteren. Splunteren travelled to New York City in 1986 to try to find out about a new style of music that interested him: hip hop. Over the course of a manic week, Splunturen and his camera were presented with a unique insight into the growth of a relatively new form of music and a scene that included artists such as Run DMC and LL Cool J in the early stages of their career.
