Podwójny album Daniela Hope'a zatytułowany „Belle Époque” łączy utwory popularne z mało znanym repertuarem klasycznym. Wszystkie utwory powstały w wielkich muzycznych centrach Europy w ciągu ponad czterech dekad od czasu Wojny francusko-pruskiej do wybuchu I Wojny Światowej. Na albumie znalazły się rzadko słyszane arcydzieła kompozytorów takich jak Arnold Schoenberg, Siergiej Rachmaninow i Edward Elgar obok klasycznych „hitów”: Méditation Masseneta, Rêverie Debussy'ego i Morgen Straussa.
