Louis Daniel Armstrong (pseudonim artystyczny Satchmo lub Pops) (ur. 4 sierpnia 1901 w Nowym Orleanie, zm. 6 lipca 1971 w Nowym Jorku) – amerykański trębacz i wokalista jazzowy. Wyróżniał się stylem gry na trąbce i wokalistyką jazzową, do której wprowadził śpiew scatem.  W 1990 Louis Armstrong został wprowadzony do Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
