Najpiękniejsze kolędy i pastorałki w odważnych, brawurowych interpretacjach Józefa Skrzeka. Wyjątkowy projekt artysty z 1981 roku, w którego realizacji przeszkodziło wprowadzenie stanu wojennego – wreszcie ukazuje się na płycie. Jesienią 1981 roku Józef Skrzek rozpoczął pracę nad płytą z własnymi adaptacjami kolęd i pastorałek. Niestety wraz z wprowadzeniem stanu wojennego projekt uległ zawieszeniu i mimo dokończenia nagrań latem 1982 roku nigdy nie doszło do zapowiadanego wydania go na płycie. Szkoda, bo to kolędy w bardzo świeżej (także i dziś) odsłonie: Józef Skrzek, multiinstrumentalista znany z zespołu SBB, wykorzystuje tutaj analogowe syntezatory Mooga, fortepian, organy piszczałkowe, ale też gitarę basową. Bywa bardzo tradycyjnie, ale bywa też kosmicznie! Całość zremasterowano z oryginalnych taśm z archiwum Polskiego Radia Opole.
