Reedycja czwartej studyjnej płyty legendy niemieckiego i światowego thrash metalu, powstałej w 1982 roku w Essen grupy Kreator. Wydany w 1989 roku album "Extreme Aggression" był wówczas najlepiej sprzedającym się materiałem kapeli. To z niego pochodzi kultowy "Betrayer", do którego teledysk nakręcono w Grecji, na Akropolu, a następnie pokazywano w MTV, dzięki czemu o zespole zrobiło się głośniej w USA. Płytę nagrano w Kalifornii, a produkował ją Randy Burns. Do prezentowanej reedycji dodano aż 14 nagrań koncertowych, które zarejestrowano 1990 roku w Berlinie Wschodnim.
