2-płytowy zremasterowany album Johna Mayalla - "Back To The Roots" został wydany ponownie w 2001 roku. Pomysł polegał na zgromadzeniu znanych muzyków, którzy wcześniej współpracowali z Mayallem. Osiem bonusowych utworów zostało zremasterowanych przez samego Mayala w 1988 roku.
