Ich debiutancki imienny krążek "Ashes Of Ares" to wypadkowa inspiracji klasycznym heavy, thrashem, progmetalem, a nawet death metalem w stylu Behemoth! Przedstawmy od razu kierowników zamieszania. Ashes Of Ares to: jeden z najwspanialszych metalowych wokalistów Matthew Barlow, którego znamy z płyt Iced Earth, także mający staż w tym zespole gitarzysta i basista Freddie Vidales oraz doskonały bębniarz Van Williams, którego fani metalu doskonale znają z Nevermore. Muzycy zanim weszli do studia, pograli trochę na żywo w Europie i przekonali się, że mogą liczyć na wsparcie metalowców.
