Urodziła się w 1969 roku w Amsterdamie i jest córką legendarnego holenderskiego jazzmana również saksofonisty Hansa Dulfera. Jej przygoda z saksofonem rozpoczęła się w wieku 6 lat. W wieku 12 lat założyla pierwszy własny zespół "Funky Stuff". Jej największym hitem jest utwor z debiutanckiej złotej płyty nominowanej do nagrody "Grammy" "Saxuality" pod tytułem "Lily Was Here".
