Live From CBGB to album na żywo Living Color nagrany 19 grudnia 1989 roku w legendarnym klubie CBGB, ale wydany dopiero 11 stycznia 2005 przez Legacy Recordings. Ten koncert nastąpił po osiądnięciu światowego sukcesu dzięki albumowi studyjnemu Vivid w latach 1988 i 1989. Album zawiera bogactwo nowych materiałów, które wkrótce zostaną wydane na ich nagrodzonym albumie Grammy Time's Up w następnym roku. Ten album jest jedynym albumem Living Colour, który zawiera „Soldier's Blues”, „Little Lies” oraz cover klasycznego utworu Bad Brains „Sailin 'On”.. Living Colour - grupa afroamerykańskich muzyków, powstała w 1984 r. w Nowym Jorku, grająca trudną do zaklasyfikowania mieszankę heavy metalu, rocka, free jazzu, funky, hip-hopu i innych stylów - określaną nieraz jako crossover. Krytycy określają grupę jako kultową grającą Black Metal w prawdziwym znaczeniu tego słowa. Sławę przyniósł zespołowi utwór Cult of Personality, spopularyzowany przez stację MTV, za który grupa otrzymała w 1989 r. nagrodę Grammy w kategorii "najlepszy utwór hardrockowy". Podczas uroczystości MTV Video Music Awards w tym samym roku, Living Colour uzyskał tytuł "najlepszego nowego artysty". 14 listopada 2008 grupa zagrała koncert w warszawskim klubie Proxima.
