Formacja powstała pod koniec lat 80tych, z inicjatywy wokalisty Marqa Toriena, gitarzysty Micka Sweda oraz basisty Lonnie Vincenta, kiedy to muzycy pożegnali się w wcześniejszą swoją grupą - King Kobra. Pierwsze dwa albumy zespołu - "BulletBoys” oraz "Freakshow” znalazły ponad 1 mln nabywców, a formację zaczęto porównywać do Van Halen z Davidem Lee Rothem w składzie. "Under The Orange Curtain” to najnowsza propozycja zespołu, a pierwotnie płyta ukazał się w zeszłym roku.
