29 stycznia 2007 roku ukaże się trzecie dzieło Norah, album „Not Too Late” - kolekcja 13. nowych piosenek napisanych przez Norah, wyprodukowanych wspólnie z basistą Lee Alexandrem, z którym artystka od lat współpracuje przy swoich kompozycjach.Dobór utworów zawsze stanowił kluczową kwestię w przypadku płyt Norah, bez względu na to, czy były to piosenki jej idoli (Hank Williams, Townes Van Zandt, Tom Waits, Duke Ellington), czy przyjaciół (Jesse Harris, Richard Julian). Choć Norah zdobyła opinię doskonałej interpretatorki, jej własny warsztat kompozytorski zawsze był niezwykle istotny.11. z 13. piosenek na „Not Too Late” to dzieła Norah; w ukończeniu połowy z nich pomógł jej Lee. Dwa pozostałe utwory to kompozycja Lee w stylu Kurta Weilla „Sinkin’ Soon”, której współautorką jest Norah (w nagraniu gościnnie pojawia się wokalista i autor piosenek M. Ward), a także „Thinking About You” – nastrojowe wspólne dzieło Norah i lidera zespołu Wax Poetic Ilhana Ersahina.Jako artystka sceniczna Norah osiągnęła nowy poziom pewności siebie po etapie, który sama określa żartobliwie swoim „okresem zakłopotania”.
