„Rubycon” to szósty studyjny album niemieckiej grupy elektronicznej Tangerine Dream, wydany ponownie w 2019 roku, zremasterowany w stereo - z oryginalnych taśm-matek pierwszej generacji. Dodano 1 utwór bonusowy zremiksowany przez lidera Porcupine Tree Stevena Wilsona. Jest powszechnie uważany za jeden z ich najlepszych albumów Tangerine Dream. „Rubycon” dalej rozwija dźwięk oparty na sekwencerze ze szkoły berlińskiej, który wprowadził go do utworu tytułowego z albumu „Phaedra”. „Rubycon” to opowieść o antycznej rzece, od jej powstania (pojedyncze dźwięki fortepianu odtworzonego od tyłu, sugerujące pojedyncze spadające krople) poprzez utworzenie się rwącego nurtu (sekwencerowy minimal) aż po jej zwieńczenie w Adriatyku.
