Zremasterowane 3CD z 16 remiksami przygotowanymi przez Roberta Smitha i 11 rarytasami z lat 1982-1990. Zebrawszy remisy z lat 1981-1990, Robert Smith zdał sobie sprawę, że ma za dużo materiału na jedną płytę CD, a za mało na dwie. Zdecydował się więc umieścić na krążku wyłącznie nowe miksy. - Chciałem trzypłytowego wydawnictwa, ale mieliśmy za mało "historycznego" materiału - wyjaśniał. - Przez chwilę myślałem o płycie z dodatkami, gdzie znalazłyby się piosenki The Cure przygotowane raczej przez wybranych przez nas artystów, niż przez remikserów. W końcu doszedłem do wniosku, że wydamy pojedynczy album. Minęły lata i w sierpniu 2017 roku zacząłem eksperymentować z "Three Imaginary Boys". Rozłożyłem go w domu na czynniki pierwsze i podczas jednej sesji stworzyłem nowy remiks. Bardzo mi się ta zabawa podobała. Wybierając raczej ulubione piosenki, a nie popularne single, Robert Smith chciał pokazać różnorodność i bogactwo twórczości The Cure. Do października 2017 roku, pracując na utworami w kolejności ich wydania, Robert miał 16 nagrań, które ostatecznie trafiły na "Torn Down: Mixed Up Extras 2018".
