Wczesne lata '80 były dla Scorpions szalonym czasem. Ich trzy ostatnie albumy, „Lovedrive”, „Animal Magnetism”, a zwłaszcza „Blackout”, sprawiły, że stali się jednym z najważniejszych zespołów swoich czasów. Po sukcesie „Blackout” cel był jeden: nagrać krążek, który będzie jeszcze lepszy. Grupa nie poszła jednak na łatwiznę i stworzyła utwory zróżnicowane muzycznie i emocjonalnie. „Love At First Sting” ukazał się 1984 roku i jego światowy sukces przeszedł wszelkie oczekiwania. Krążek osiągnął w USA status potrójnej platyny. Z albumu pochodzi m.in. wspaniały utwór „Still Loving You”, który utrwalił pozycję Scorpions jako twórców pięknych ballad, ale również wielkie przeboje „Rock You Like A Hurricane” i „Big City Nights”. Aby uczcić 50-tą rocznicę powstania grupy, Scorpions przygotowali wyjątkowe wydawnictwo, które zawiera zremasterowany album „Love At First Sting”, 5 bonusowych utworów oraz nagranie audio pochodzące z koncertu w Madison Square Garden w Nowym Jorku, który odbył się w 1984 roku. Na DVD znalazły się klipy „Still Loving You”, „Rock You Like A Hurricane”, „Big City Nights” i „I’m Leaving You” oraz fragmenty programów telewizyjnych z udziałem grupy. Tracklista:LP1.
