Debiutancki album wyjątkowego holenderskiego duetu Haevn, który tworzą kompozytor muzyki filmowej i producent Jared Kleijne oraz producent i kompozytor Marijn van der Meer. "Eyes Closed" na nośniku analogowym to 13 piosenek, stylistycznie osadzonych w popie i dance, które w poruszający, przejmujący sposób opowiadają historie o podążaniu za marzeniami, o rozbitych związkach, o nadziei i zaufaniu. W zestawie oczywiście znalazły się piosenki, dzięki którym Holendrzy zyskali popularność – "Fortitude", "Finding Out More", "Bright Lights" oraz "Where The Heart Is". Marijn i Jared poza pięknymi, bardzo filmowymi w klimacie balladami, proponują również żywsze utwory. "Chcemy, aby popowe piosenki opowiadały historie" – mówi Jared. "Słuchamy Bruce'a Springsteena, Leonarda Cohena i Stinga, czyli twórców, którzy mają coś do powiedzenia.
