Echo Chamber to długo oczekiwana kontynuacja debiutanckiego albumu The Strange "Nights Of Forgotten Films" (2004). Wyjątkowa współpraca chorwackiego zespołu rockowego The Bambi Molesters z amerykańskim piosenkarzem i kompozytorem Chrisem Eckmanem z Walkabouts.
