W 1968 roku sześciu absolwentów King’s College w Camridge założyło zespół "King’s Singers", później opisywany przez "The Times" jako "wspaniały wokalny sekstet". W skład grupy wchodzą: tenor, dwa barytony, bas oraz dwa kontratenory. W kolekcji Warner Classics znalazł się renesansowy repertuar m.in. z Włoch, Hiszpanii, Francji, Anglii i Niemiec w wykonaniu tego niezwykłego zespołu.
