Od 27 lat powstała w 1987 roku w szwedzkim uniwersyteckim mieście Umeå grupa Meshuggah redefiniuje i czyni niepowtarzalną muzykę, którą tworzy. W minionych dwóch dekadach nie było zespołu, który brzmiałby tak jak oni. Szwedzi cały czas przesuwają granice muzyki ekstremalnej, co przychodzi im niezwykle naturalnie. Wydany na DVD, podwójnym CD, a także w formacie Blu-ray materiał wypełnił przegląd najwspanialszych utworów Meshuggah, które zarejestrowane zostały w 2013 roku podczas trasy "The Ophidian Trek" w USA i Europie. Danie główne to występ z 3 maja 2013 roku z Brixton Academy w Londynie, na której to scenie tego samego dnia pojawił się również Devin Townsend (jako co-headliner). Mamy na dysku również fragmenty z festiwalu Wacken Open Air 2013. Przypomnijmy, że podczas tej trasy Szwedzi celebrowali 25-lecie istnienia oraz promowali studyjny album "Koloss" z 2012 roku. Za reżyserię koncertu odpowiada Anthony Dubois. O jakość dźwięku zadbali gitarzysta grupy Fredrik Thordendal, Daniel Begstrand oraz Mats "Limpan" Lindfors. Całość zaczyna "Swarm" z »Kolossa« (2012), »ObZen« (2008) reprezentują "Lethargica" oraz "Bleed".
