20 lutego ukazał się nowy album formacji Black Star Riders zatytułowany „The Killer Instinct”, nad którego produkcją czuwał sam Nick Raskulinecz (Rush, Foo Fighters, Alice In Chains, Mastodon). Black Star Riders powstało w 2012 roku z inicjatywy muzyków Thin Lizzy – Scott Gorham, Damon Johnson, Ricky Warwick i Marco Mendoza zaprosili do grania perkusistę Jimmy’ego DeGrasso (Alice Cooper, Megadeth) i już rok później ukazał się debiutancki album formacji zatytułowany „All Hell Breaks Loose”, który zebrał znakomite recenzje. 16 września 2011 światło dzienne ujrzy niezwykle długo oczekiwany, nowy album Alice Coopera “Welcome 2 My Nightmare”. Nagrany został z wieloletnim współpracownikiem Bobem Ezrinem, który wyprodukował oryginalny, multi platynowy krążek z 1975 roku „Welcome To My Nightmare”, który stał się płytą wszechczasów dla klasycznego rocka.
