Uznany malijski muzyk Sidi Toure wraca z czwartym albumem zatytułowanym "Toubalbero". Nazwa "Toubalbero" pochodzi od wielkiego tradycyjnego bębna, który gromadził ludzi w Malijskim regionie Gao. Płyta jest taneczna i dynamiczna mimo wielkich wyzwań politycznych w regionie. Materiał na album został nagrane w legendarnym Studio Bogolan w Mali, gdzie nagrali Ali Farka Touré, Toumani Diabate i Björk. Płyta została następnie zmiksowana na żywo przez Jasona Meaghera w Black Dirt Studio (Steve Gunn, Black Twig Pickers, Jack Rose). "Toubalbero" to burzliwy apel o jedność i pokój dla Malian i Afrykańczyków. Podobnie jak bęben gromadzący fanów w Goa, celem tego albumu jest zjednoczenie się poprzez radosną ekspresję.
