Mimo tego, że z dawnego składu zespołu, poza frontmanką pozostała tylko nazwa (tym razem oprócz samej Courtney żadnych kobiet!), to już od pierwszych dźwięków przekonujemy się, że tym, o co zawsze chodziło w Hole i tak była Courtney. Nowa płyta jest połączeniem grunge’owej estetyki z typową dla Courtney Love zadziornością.
