Wydawnictwa Belle And Sebastian są zawsze powodem do radości. Tymczasem grupa ogłasza aż trzy powody do radości. Ich muzyka jest wyjątkową mieszanką zabawy i melancholii, która zawsze była dla nich charakterystyczna. To, co się zmieniło, to to że grupa w najbliższych miesiącach planuje wydanie muzyki wartej podwójnego albumu, pełnego melodii, wspaniałej literacko i delikatnej jak letni deszcz, ale natarczywej jak rzeka. Podobnie jak w 1997 roku, gdy wydali trzy EP-ki ("Dog On Wheels", "Lazy Line Painter Jane" i "3.. 6.. 9 Seconds Of Light"), teraz przygotowali trzy nowe EP-ki pod wspólnym tytułem "How To Solve Our Human Problems".
