Szwedzki zespół Crystal Ball jest jedną z najważniejszych grup na scenie melodic hard rocka, Ich muzyka zawiera również wpływy takich gatunków jak heavy czy power metal. Grupa została założona w 1995 roku w Horw pod nazwą "Cherry Pie" - jako cover band. Po zdobyciu umiejętności oraz udanych próbach tworzenia własnej muzyki formacja przekształciła się w 1999 roku w zespół Crystal Ball.
