Phil Collins był nie tylko perkusistą, lecz również współproducentem albumu (obok samego Claptona i legendarnego Toma Dowda). W studiu pojawili się też między innymi Tina Turner, Gary Brooker z Procol Harum, bracia Michael i Randy Breckerowie.
