Wyczekiwany od dawna album odkrywa losy tajemniczego, acz powszechnie znanego francuskiego proroka, który żył w XVI wieku. '"Nostradamus" zabiera słuchacza w nowe miejsca, przekraczając nieznane dotąd granice. Zmieniliśmy życie tego człowieka w pełną przygód podróż, w którą zabiera nas metalowa muzyka. Włożyliśmy w to wiele pasji - zaznacza wokalista Rob Halford. "Poza typowymi dla Judas Priest motywami, udało nam się wnieść do muzyki nieco klasycznych i operowych elementów. Dla mnie jako gitarzysty i kompozytora było to bardzo inspirujące, pozwoliło bowiem otworzyć drzwi, które dotychczas pozostawały zamknięte" - dodaje gitarzysta Glenn Tipton. Jak widać grupa Judas Priest nie boi się ryzykować i okrywać nowe obszary gatunku zwanego heavy metalem. Wydając album "Nostradamus" grupa ponownie podniosła poprzeczkę.
