Materiał, zatytułowany "Heart Of A Dog", ukazał się 23 października 2015 roku.Muzyka to soundtrack do filmu, który Laurie Anderson stworzyła na zamówienie stacji Arte. Była to jej pierwsza reżyserska próba po 30-letniej przerwie. Scenariusz Laurie Anderson napisała na podstawie własnego eseju, w którym opisała swojego ukochanego, nieżyjącego już, psa Lolabelle, uzdolnionego muzycznie i malarsko.W obrazie Amerykanka dzieli się też refleksjami na temat sztyki, śmierci, miłości, życia, w tym po wydarzeniach z 11 września 2001 roku. Obok muzyki jest słowo mówione przez samą Laurie. Na soundtracku znajdują się również fragmenty z innych wydawnictw Amerykanki, w tym z "Homeland", "Bright Red", "Life On A String". Kończący soundtrack temat "Turning Time Around" napisał, nagrał i wykonał Lou Reed.Produkcją zajęła się Laurie Anderson. Dokonała tego w studiu w Nowym Jorku.Film "Heart Of A Dog" miał premierę na tegorocznym festiwalu w Wenecji, a później także w Toronto. Spotkał się z ciepłym przyjęciem krytyków na obu imprezach.Przypomnijmy, że Laurie Anderson to jedna z najbardziej cenionych na świecie artystek niezależnych. Poza muzyką w kręgu jej zainteresowań są sztuki wizualne, poezja, fotografia, malarstwo. Na scenie jest ponad 35 lat.
