Jedna z najbardziej rozpoznawalnych wokalistek w historii, stojąca za takimi hitami jak 'Diamons Are Forever' czy 'Goldfinger' Shirley Bassey (a właściwie Dama Shirley Bassey, bo taki honorowy tytuł otrzymała w 1999 roku) powraca na scenę z nową, pierwszą od 5 lat płytą studyjną 'Hello Like Before'. Nagrywany w słynnych studiach Abbey Road w Londynie z producentem i dyrygentem Stuartem Barrem, 'Hello Like Before' to wybór najważniejszych piosenek XX wieku, które Shirley pragnęła zaprezentować w swojej interpretacji. Dodając do nich smaczków, jakie tylko ona potrafi nadać swoim charakterystycznym wokalem. Podróż po muzycznych dekadach zahacza o tak słynne utwory jak 'Englishman In New York' Stinga, 'Wild Is The Wind' Niny Simone, 'Hey Jude' The Beatles (na wersji deluxe) czy 'It Was A Very Good Year' znanego z wykonania Franka Sinatry.
