Płyty Cocteau Twins nagrane dla wytwórni Fontana w wyjątkowym wydaniu. Na wydawnictwo składają się cztery płyty CD prezentujące albumy nagrane dla Fontany – „Four Calendar Café” (1993), „Milk and Kisses” (1996) – oraz b-side’y, EP-ki, sesje Radio One i zestaw rarytasów. Całość została zmasterowana w Abbey Road z oryginalnych taśm pod nadzorem założyciela Cocteau Twins, Robina Guthrie. Za projekt wizualny odpowiada James Isaacs, a w albumie znajdzie się książeczka ze zdjęciami, dyskografią z tego okresu oraz notki o zespole autorstwa Chrisa Robertsa. Cocteau Twins założyli w 1979 roku w Szkocji gitarzysta Robin Guthrie oraz basista WIll Heggie. Do składu dołączyła także partnerka Guthrie’ego, Elizabeth Fraser i wtedy narodził się niezwykły zespół o niepowtarzalnym brzmieniu. Po odejściu Heggie’ego i krótkim funkcjonowaniu jako duet, do grupy dołączył multiinstrumentalista Simon Raymonde. Cocteau Twins do dziś inspirują rzesze artystów. Formacja była wymieniana jako bardzo istotna przez takich wykonawców jak Prince, Annie Lennox, Slowdive, Lush, My Bloody Valentine czy Curve. Przez lata 80. Cocteau Twins byli jednoznacznie kojarzeni z wytwórnią 4AD, dla której nagrali sześć albumów. Krążki wydane w Fontanie to dwa ostatnie dokonania w dyskografii Cocteau. „Treasure Hiding – The Fontana Years” to muzyczny skarb, który potrafi zaskakiwać oraz wznosić umysł i ducha na inny poziom. Anakoluth, Mark Polscher couples the strangeness of the electronic world of sound with the familiarity of natural and human sounds, manufacturing and civilization noises, as well as the sounds of various materials, everyday objects, and traditional musical instruments. In that he processes recordings of concrete sounds, sometimes beyond all recognition, and creates pure electronic sounds out of them, he forms all possible transitions between extreme alienation and natural reproduction. In this field of tension of “concrete” sonorities and “abstract” everyday sounds, the electronic sounds neutralize the known context of the concrete events, and vice versa: the natural material sometimes auratically and associatively charges the electronic sounds to such an extent that they too begin to speak. The anacoluthic formal principle in Polscher’s sound and aural story is based on the fact that at different phases in his life every human being moves in changing social, cultural, and musical contexts. For this reason, Anakoluth becomes a mirror and barometer of public opinion of audible life at the beginning of the twenty-first century. Na jednej z płyt znajdzie się również występ z Lesser Free Trade Hall – w 2016 roku minie dokładnie 40 lat od tego pamiętnego wydarzenia.
