The Charlatans wracają z 13 już albumem "Different Days". Poprzedni album zespół wydał w 2015 roku i był to "Modern Nature". Nowy krążek został zarejestrowany w prywatnym studio zespołu w Crewe, w Cheshire.Gościnnie występują tu: Pete Salisbury - perkusista (kiedyś w The Verve) oraz członek New Order - Stephen Morris. Fani New Order będą tym bardziej zachwyceni, że na płycie pojawia się również jego żona Gillian Gilbert (w kawałku The Same House), a Paul Weller współnapisał ostatni utwór na albumie.
