Too Close To Touch wraca z drugą płytą 'Haven't Been Myself', będącą następcą wydanego w 2015 roku albumu 'Nerve Endings'. Na 'Nerve Endings' Too Close To Touch pokazali się jako twórcy bardzo melodyjnego post-hardcore`u, któremu towarzyszyły pełne emocji partie wokalne. Teraz, przy okazji drugiej płyty, rozbudowali to brzmienie, dodając agresywnej energii, cięższych aranżacji, prezentując jeszcze mocniejszy materiał. Bazujący w Lexington w stanie Kentucky zespół tworzą: wokalista Keaton Pierce, gitarzyści Mason Marble i Thomas Kidd, basista Travis Moore i perkusista Kenneth Downey. Producentem 'Haven't Been Myself' jest Erik Ron (Issues, Set It Off), a całość była nagrywana w jego hollywoodzkim studiu. "Byłem w naprawdę mrocznym miejscu i chciałem stworzyć album, który będzie tak oczyszczający, jak to tylko możliwe" - mówi Pierce. "Ten album był dość trudny do stworzenia, ale wszyscy włożyliśmy w niego całych siebie i nie powstrzymywaliśmy się.
