Kultowa pop-rockowa formacja Hooverphonic powraca! Znany z takich marzycielskich muzycznych obrazów, jak '2Wicky' , 'Eden', 'Mad About You' czy 'No More Sweet Music' zespół prezentuje zupełnie nowy studyjny album 'The Night Before' nagrany z nową wokalistką Noemie Wolfs. Po odejściu słynnego głosu Hooverponic (Geike Arnaert postanowiła poświęcić sie karierze solowej) Alex Callier i Raymond Geerts długo szukali nowej 'ładniejszej połowy' (na ogloszenie w prasie otrzymali ponad 1000 zgłoszeń, w tym także z Polski) aż wreszcie dwukrotne spotkanie z Noemie przekonało ich, że jest tą, której szukają. Podobna do Geike barwa dźwięku, ale i powiew świeżości (Noemie ma 23 lata ) oraz unikalny sposób interpretacji spowodował, że wszystkie 12 piosenek na płycie słucha się z taką przyjemnością, jak najlepsze dotychczasowe płyty Hooverphonic. Po eksperymentalnym poprzednim krążku, zespół wraca do melodyjnych, bogato zaaranżowanych kompozycji z - to chyba najważniejsze - pięknymi, śpiewnymi melodiami. Warto dodać, że w ojczystej Belgii album w ciągu tygodnia pokrył się on Platyną a tytułowy singiel "The Night Before" odniósł najwiekszy w karierze grupy sukces radiowy (3 tygodnie na szczycie na Airplay Chart!)...
