Album „Live At Last” został zarejestrowany w klasycznym składzie Black Sabbath (Tonny Iommi, Ozzy Osbourne, Bill Ward, Geezer Butler) na dwóch koncertach w marcu 1973 roku - w Manchesterze i londyńskim Rainbow Theatre. To pierwsza koncertowa płyta prekursorów heavy metalu.  Pierwotnie jej wydanie planowano w 1973 roku, ale grupa postanowiła odłożyć te nagrania na półkę. Po latach Black Sabbath docenili ten materiał wydając oficjalnie, jako część podwójnego wydawnictwa „Past Lives”.
