2-płytowe wydawnictwo zawiera największe hity grupy Propaganda w tym: "Duel", "Dr Mabuse" oraz "p:Machinery". Niemiecki zespół Propaganda założony został na początku lat 80. przez wokalistkę Claudię Brücken, perkusistę Michaela Mertensa oraz keybordzistów Susanne Freytag i Ralfa Dorpera. Grupa szybko wyemigrowała do Wielkiej Brytanii, gdzie po podpisaniu kontraktu z wytwórnią ZTT Records wydała płytę "A Secret Wish". Na listy przebojów trafiły wtedy takie utwory jak "Dr. Mabuse" oraz "Duel". Propaganda posiadała charakterystyczny niemiecki styl, który odróżniał ich od rywali synth-pop lat osiemdziesiątych.
