Spektakl, który prezentujemy został zrealizowany przez Neila Armfielda w Operze Australii. Orkiestrą The West Australian Symphony Orchestra dyryguje David Stanhope. Jedno z lepszych wydawnictw z okresu ukształtowanego już Fugazi. Urzekające połączenie gitarowego noise'u, lirycznych ballad i hard core'owej werwy. Piosenki takie jak "Facet Squared" czy "Public Witness Program" zapewniają płycie wściekły początek, podczas gdy "Return the Screw" jest ledwo słyszalna. Wachlarz dźwięków odpowiada wachlarzowi nastrojów, od gitarowych wygłupów, po niemalże wybuchy agresji. Kolejność kawałków została sprytnie zaaranżowana - nomen omen "Sweet and Low" (jedyny kawałek w którym Lally wybija się z racji uproszczonych partii instrumentów sześciostrunowych) łagodzi zmysły nadwyrężone dopiero co przez kakofonię utworu "23 Beats Off". Zdaje się to być patentem na całą płytę, zamiast płynnych zestawień mamy tutaj efektowne kontrasty. Antyhollywoodzkie deklamacje Picciotto'a we stosownie nazwanym "Cassavetes" budzą skojarzenia z najlepszymi, a przy tym najbardziej klasycznymi piosenkami Fugazi, podobnie "Walken's Syndrome".
