Siódmy studyjny album chicagowskiej grupy Disturbed, jednej z najbardziej cenionych formacji metalowych w USA, której pięć płyt zadebiutowało na szczycie notowania "Billboardu". Album jest promowany przez wybrane w głosowaniu przez fanów singlowe nagranie "Are You Ready". Materiał został nagrany w Las Vegas z Kevinem Churko (m. in. Ozzy Osbourne, "Immortalized" Disturbed) za konsoletą.  "To najbardziej eklektyczna płyta w naszej karierze. Każda piosenka ma swoją tożsamość, feeling, moc. Praca nad tym albumem była dla nas magicznym doświadczeniem.
