W zamierzchłych czasach, firmy fonograficzne wydawały coś takiego jak single. Były to czarne krążki winylowe z dwoma piosenkami: jedna na jednej stronie. Także Maanam brał udział w tym szale i dlatego wydano chociażby single z piosenkami zespołu z filmu „Wielka Majówka: Ta noc do innych jest niepodobna” i „Oh! Ten Hollywood”. Na takim singlu wyszedł także pamiętny „Hamlet”, przebojowe „Cykady na Cykladach”, nie wspominając maanamowego superkillera „Kocham cię kochanie moje”. Także utwory mniej przebojowe ale nie mniej wartościowe jak chociażby orwellowskie „1984” czy opozycjonistyczne „Jesteśmy ze stali” i miłosne „Ty- Nie Ty” były małymi singielkami. My te winylowe cudeńka zebraliśmy i wydaliśmy. Żeby było pełniej i piękniej dodaliśmy do całości radiowe kompaktowe single: "Róża" i "Bez ciebie umieram".
