Jedna z klasycznych pozycji dla nowej fali, synthpopu i electropopu, siódmy studyjny album legendarnej formacji Ultravox. "Lament" oryginalnie ukazał się w 1984 roku. Prezentowane wznowienie przygotowane zostało w wersji zremasterowanej na dwóch płytach kompaktowych. Pierwsza to regularna płyta, a na drugiej znalazły się inne miksy, remiksy, a także strony B singli. Kompozycje poddano uprzednio remasteringowi z oryginalnych masterów z 1984 roku. "Lament" odniósł na Wyspach spory sukces komercyjny. Uzyskał tam status złotej płyty i dotarł do ósmego miejsca w notowaniu albumów.
