Zremasterowany krążek Erica Burdona & The Animals "Love Is" został wydany ponownie w 2018 roku nakładem wytwórni Music On CD. W dwa miesiące po wydaniu "Every One Of Us" grupa weszła znów do studia i nagrała album, w nieco odmiennym stylu od trzech poprzednich. Zmiana brzmienia grupy nastąpiła dzięki zwiększonej roli instrumentów klawiszowych, a szczególnie elektrycznego pianina. Jednak Andy Summers, gitarzysta grupy Zoota Moneya Big Roll Band także pokazał się z jak najlepszej strony. Jego solo w "Colored Rain" – przeboju grupy Traffic – ukazało jego olbrzymie możliwości; zostało ono zresztą przerwane przy 189 takcie, a więc było także niezwykle długie. Album składa się on z ośmiu utworów z czego siedem jest coverami, a tylko jeden autorstwa Burdona. Kulminacją płyty "Love Is" jest trwający siedemnaście minut utwór, składający się z dwóch części: "Gemini" grupy Quatermass w którym podobnie jak wcześniej, duet Eric i Zoot używają frazy "Call And Response", oraz drugiej części, którą stanowi cover grupy Dantalian’s Chariots – "The Madman" utrzymany w duchu nagrań Syda Barretta.
