Album "In The Hot Seat" ukazał się we wrześniu 1994 roku. Wyprodukował go Keith Olsen (m.in. Fleetwood Mac, Ozzy Osbourne, Whitesnake, Santana). Całość nagrywano w Los Angeles, w dość napiętej atmosferze. Wpływ na to miały też problemy zdrowotne Keitha Emersona (z nerwami w ręce).
