Goldie to jeden z najważniejszych artystów gatunku drum n’bass. W 1993 Goldie założył wytwórnię MetalHeadz , która specjalizuje się w wydawaniu albumów tego nurtu. Jego najwybitniejszym dziełem pozostaje do dziś album „Timeless” z 1995. Nowe wydawnictwo, "The Journey Man”, będzie podwójnym albumem, podzielonym na dwie części, w całości skomponowanym i wyprodukowanym przez Goldiego. Na albumie nie zabraknie wielu interesujących gości. "Between Nothingness & Eternity" to pierwszy album koncertowy w dyskografii Mahavishnu Orchestra, a zarazem ostatnie na wiele lat wydawnictwo oryginalnego składu grupy. Został zarejestrowany w sierpniu 1973 w Central Park. Całość fantastycznie rozpoczyna kompozycja "Trilogy", składająca się z trzech części: melodyjnej "Sunlit Path", z ciekawym "dialogiem" gitary, klawiszy i basu; wyciszonej, niemalże ambientowej "La Mere de la Mer" z solową partią skrzypiec i "kosmicznymi" dźwiękami syntezatora; oraz rozpędzonej, agresywnej "Tomorrow's Story Not the Same", z niesamowicie szybką grą McLaughlina i Billy'ego Cobhama. Następny na płycie "Sister Andrea" stylistycznie skłania się w stronę jazz-funku. Ostatni utwór to ponad 20-minutowa kompozycja "Dream", z początku utrzymana w rzeczywiście nieco sennym, eterycznym klimacie, tworzonym za pomocą stonowanych partii gitary i skrzypiec. Jednak z czasem sen zmienia się w koszmar i muzycy zaczynają grać bardziej agresywnie, momentami wręcz stricte hardrockowo. Pojawia się tu nawet cytat z "Sunshine of Your Love" Cream. "Between Nothingness & Eternity" potwierdza zasadę, że każdy zespół grający w drugiej połowie lat 60. i w latach 70., znacznie lepiej wypadał na żywo, niż w studiu. Niczym nieskrępowane, rozbudowane improwizacje, grane przez naprawdę utalentowanych instrumentalistów, dawały niesamowite efekty. Co słychać także na tym albumie.
