"Płyta "The Madman Rambles Again" jest pod wieloma względami spełnieniem moich artystycznych marzeń. Od kilku lat planowałem nagrać płytę w większym składzie instrumentalnym (sekstet, septet), który umożliwiłby mi wykorzystanie wielu niezależnych głosów melodycznych. [...] Jako kompozytor mogłem być stuprocentowo szczery ze sobą. [...] Kompozycje, które znalazły się na płycie powstały w trakcie mojego pobytu w Nowym Jorku i są odzwierciedleniem moich inspiracji tym miastem i bogactwem prądów muzycznych, które miałem możliwość tam zaobserwować. Każdy utwór jest pewną historią, epizodem z mojego życia w "Wielkim Jabłku". Każdy utwór nawiązuje do trochę innej stylistyki. Tytułowy "The Madman Rambles Again" ma drobne wpływy stylu M-Base, "Hermeto" inspirowany był częściowo twórczością znanego brazylijskiego kompozytora Hermeto Pascoal. "Student Protest" wywołuje pewne skojarzenia z Pat Metheny Group natomiast "Tower of Babel" lub "Bucaramanga" ze współczesną, może nawet awangardową, sceną nowojorską [...]" Rafał Sarnecki"Bardzo ciekawe nagranie, świetnie skomponowane i doskonale wykonane.
