Z okazji jubileuszu pojawia się ponownie w specjalnej edycji na dwóch kompaktach oraz winylu. "Hello, I Love You", "Love Street", czy "The Unknown Soldier" to tylko niektóre z klasyków, jakie znalazły się na trzeciej płycie w dyskografii The Doors. I jedynej w dorobku kapeli, która osiągnęła szczyt notowania "Billboardu". Bruce Botnick, inżynier dźwięku, który pracował z Doorsami nad "Waiting For The Sun", przygotował remastering wersji stereo albumu z oryginalnych, analogowych taśm. Co więcej, do wydania na CD dodano drugą płytę kompaktową (łącznie 14 kompozycji), którą wypełniły do tej pory niepublikowane wczesne miksy piosenek oraz nagrania koncertowe! Te ostatnie pochodzą z koncertu The Doors, który odbył się w 17 września 1968 roku w Kopenhadze. Wydane analogowe ukaże się na 180-gramowej płycie.
