Nowa płyta to połączenie nowoczesnych brzmień i klasyki gatunku w wykonaniu Artysty.„Minęło 20 lat i mam wiele do powiedzenia…” mówi Walsh „Te piosenki pochodzą prosto z mojego serca”. Joe Walsh jest znany przede wszystkim  jako gitarzysta popularnej grupy The Eagles, do której dołączył w 1976 roku oraz współtwórca sukcesu takich kultowych już dziś albumów jak Hotel California czy  The Long Run  i Eagles Live.  Po odejściu z grupu Walsh był obecny na scenie muzycznej od ponad 40 lat występując zarówno solo jak również jako członek  zespołów The James Gang i Barnstorm.Zawierający 10 nowych nagrań album Analog Man zostały wyprodukowany wspólnie przez Walsha i Jeff’a Lynne .
