Nowa płyta Snow Patrol „Up To Now” jest kolekcją najlepszych piosenek zespołu oraz 3 premierowych utworów!Płytę promuje wyjątkowe nagranie JUST SAY YES, do którego teledysk został nakręcony w Polsce. Snow Patrol - szkocko-irlandzki zespół w składzie: wokalista i autor piosenek Gary Lightbody, basista Paul Wilson, gitarzysta Nathan Connolly, perkusista Jonny Quinn i klawiszowiec Tom Simpson w tym czasie nagrali poruszające ballady ('Set Down Your Glass'), festiwalowe hity ('Run'), przeboje radiowe ('Chasing Cars'), i bardziej osobiste kawałki w stylu 'You Could Be Happy'.
