Wbrew wszystkiemu Riot walczył o prawo do bycia wysłuchanym przez pokonywanie ogromnych przeszkód i walkę z okrutnie obojętnym przemysłem. Dwa poprzednie albumy (zwłaszcza "Narita" z 1979 r.) stworzyły porywający wstęp do "Fire Down Under". Utwory takie jak "Outlaw", "Swords And Tequila", "Run For Your Life" i tytułowy nie biorą jeńców. Teraz Rock Candy (czyli label dzięki któremu na nowo odkrywamy perełki z lat 70-80 tych XX wieku) wznawia płytę z 24-bitowym remasteringiem, opowieścią na temat tworzenia albumu, niepublikowanymi zdjęciami i 16-stronicowa książeczką.
