Wydawnictwo zawiera aż 20 największych hitów (w tym najsłynniejszy Only You) "The Platters". The Platters to afroamerykańska wokalna grupa popowa związana z gatunkami soul i rhytm and blues. Grupa powstała w 1953 roku w Los Angeles i koncertowała w miejscowych klubach. Obok czterech mężczyzn występowała w niej wokalistka. Umożliwiło to budowanie specyficznego, scenicznego napięcia opartego na delikatnych (dopuszczalnych w kategoriach epoki) aluzjach erotycznych. Grupa charakteryzowała się znakomitym zgraniem głosów. W 1990 roku The Platters została wprowadzona do Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame.
