Grupa Evanescence powraca z albumem "Synthesis" – czwartym w dyskografii i najbardziej ambitnym dziełem w karierze! Autorzy hitów "Bring Me To Life" i "Immortal" prezentują się na nim w innym wcieleniu – z orkiestrą symforniczną i w elektronicznych aranżacjach. Evanescence (aktualny skład zespołu to poza Amy basista Tim McCord, perkusista Will Hunt, gitarzysta Troy McLawhorn i gitarzystka Jen Majura) nad krążkiem pracowali z producentem Willem Huntem i aranżerem/kompozytorem Davidem Campbellem. Tracklista: CD 1. Overture 2. Never Go Back 3. Hi-Lo 4. 11 marca pojawił się dziewiąty album Mortiis, zatytułowany "The Great Deciever”.
